Coordination
led capability.
VELTRON does not operate every truck, vessel or aircraft. Capability is uniting carrier, terminal, warehouse and field partners in one operational language.
Positioning
Not about owning
about coordinating.
VELTRON is not a fleet operator, vessel owner or airline. We do not claim to operate international terminals or border gates.
Our capability comes from operational coordination and logistics expertise: choosing the right mode, synchronising carriers, designing the route, locking documents and sustaining visibility at transfer.

VELTRON manages
- Multimodal plan and route design
- Carrier, agent and warehouse coordination
- Booking and operations calendar
- Document, customs and exception coordination
- Operational visibility and communication
No ownership claim
- Vessel, aircraft or large fleet ownership
- International terminal operation
- Carrier or warehouse infrastructure ownership
- Replacing official customs or regulatory authorities
Capabilities
Eight areas,
one language.
From multimodal planning to project logistics; every capability is delivered through operation coordination.
01 / MMP
Multimodal planning
We plan road, sea, air, rail and warehouse legs under one route identity.
Mode selection is read from volume, time, risk and shipment need — not from a catalogue label. When an intermodal combination is needed, transfer points do not leave the plan.
VELTRON does not operate fleets or vessels. We plan transport modes through a carrier and operator network; every leg ties to the same operations calendar.

02 / CRD
Carrier coordination
We manage booking, capacity and operational language with road, sea and air carriers.
Carrier selection, slot booking and operations communication move on one plan. Each carrier is not a separate phone line; it is part of the route.
VELTRON does not own trucks, vessels or aircraft. The capability is choosing the right carrier, synchronising booking with the plan and sustaining coordination at transfer.

03 / RTE
Route design
We lock route, transfer point and delivery window in one operations plan.
A route is not a line on a map. Border gate, port cut-off, terminal slot and last mile are read in one language. Alternative routing is rebuilt when the plan changes.
VELTRON does not operate international terminals or border gates. Route design is combining the partner network, permit requirements and time window at one table.

04 / CNS
Consolidation
We tie LCL merge, LTL collection and volume optimisation to the transport plan.
Consolidation is not cargo sitting in a warehouse; it is part of the shipment calendar. Volume, port cut-off and arrival window lock on one plan.
VELTRON does not operate its own consolidation facilities at every port. We plan merge through partner warehouse and CFS points; the cargo identity is not lost.

05 / WHS
Warehousing
We match intake, stock, order prep and distribution waves to transport rhythm.
The warehouse is not the end of the route; it is the layer where visibility continues. Fulfillment, seasonal stock and line delivery stay on one operations calendar.
VELTRON does not claim ownership of a large warehouse network. We coordinate stock, wave and outbound planning through partner warehouses and fulfillment points, tied to the transport plan.

06 / VIS
Operational visibility
Visibility lives with whoever decides at the transfer — a location ping is not enough.
Not a tracking-screen promise; plan, booking and exception stay in the same operations file. The client is informed before the break.
VELTRON does not display its own fleet positions; it merges operational data from carrier, terminal and warehouse partners in one language.

07 / DOC
Documentation coordination
We lock customs, booking and transport documents before the transfer.
Documents do not try to catch up after transfer. Customs, bills of lading, CMR and delivery papers are prepared as part of the plan.
VELTRON does not replace customs brokerage or official authorities. Documentation coordination is ensuring the right paper is ready at the right step.

08 / PRJ
Project logistics
For oversized cargo we coordinate site survey, permits, equipment and routing in one package.
Project transport is not standard booking. Site survey, route permit, specialist trailer and crane booking move in one project file.
VELTRON does not own heavy-lift equipment or crane fleets. Project logistics capability is combining carrier partners, permit authorities and field teams on one plan.

Operation model
One plan,
many partners.
Every shipment moves under one operations file. Carrier, port agent, warehouse partner and field team speak the same language — not different phone lines.
PLN
Plan
Mode, route and window lock.
BK
Booking
Carrier and slot synchronised.
XFR
Transfer
Partner network, same language.
VIS
Visibility
Information at decision.
