Operation need
A CNC press from Bursa to Hamburg exceeded standard trailer dimensions. If route permit, crane and specialist trailer were not ready together, the loading window was missed.
When booking was taken before a site survey, port operation and road transport waited on each other.
Planning
Measure, ramp access and crane point were verified at the plant site. Route, bridge clearance and night-move permits were gathered in one project file.
Port operation and sea booking were not locked without site data.
