How a Private Label
production process moves

From recipe to production plan.

We outline how the process is set — from recipe development to the production plan.

Private Label production planning meeting
Approach

A shared setup, not a ready catalogue.

Brand-specific production is not picking a product from a ready catalogue. Target channel, recipe and line plan settle in the same partnership.

The process starts with the partner’s need — not an academic production text. Target market, product group and delivery expectation are reviewed together. A plan is set in the same language for brands and retail chains.

A new formulation can be developed, or your existing recipe is adapted to the line plan. Texture, format and batch scale are balanced in this step. A trial batch is planned to the need; the aim is not an ambitious calendar, but a repeatable setup.

Packing and the production plan do not sit apart from the recipe. Pack format, labelling and delivery preparation move in the approved setup. The same quality approach is kept in every batch.
