This page explains which information is handled on the VAREL site, and how. The office is in Beşiktaş; correspondence is by email.

Which data
The contact form takes a name, email, project type and message. There is no account, payment or location tracking. Social links go to the sites of the relevant platforms.

Why
Information is used only to correspond and to discuss a possible job. There is no marketing list, profiling or advertising target.

How it works
The note on the form is passed to the office to start a correspondence. The reply comes from hello@varel.com.tr. The site does not keep a member panel, a payment area or a separate database.

Retention
Correspondence may stay in the email record for the duration of the conversation and then for a reasonable archive period. On request it is deleted or corrected.

Sharing
Data is not sold. It is not given to third parties unless there is a legal obligation. Email transmission passes through the email providers you use and we use.

Cookies
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The browser may keep technical records needed for the page to work. These are not processed for marketing.

Your rights
Under Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, to correct, to delete, to object to transfer and to complain. Requests are received at hello@varel.com.tr.
