This text covers information processed while you browse norten.co and use the contact form. An advisory contract is written separately; that text does not replace this page.

Information collected

The form holds name, email, company, and the message you write. If you write by email or phone, that correspondence is processed in the same frame.

The site does not use tracking cookies beyond session data required for the page to work. If an analytics tool is added, this page will be updated.

Purpose

Information is used to answer your request, plan a conversation, and, if we are running work together, to continue that work. It is not added to a marketing list.

Retention and sharing

The record stays for as long as the need continues. Unless there is a legal obligation, it is not sold to a third party and is not given for marketing without explicit consent.

Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) may have technical access. That access is limited to the service running.

Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or ask for the deletion of your recorded information. hello@norten.co is enough for a request.
