Work summaries are anonymized within a confidentiality frame. Text and images belong to NORTEN; they are not copied without permission.
Conversation and work
A form or an email opens a request; it does not establish the relationship. Scope, duration, and fee are written separately. Work that is not written is not considered done.
Liability
The general frame on the site does not replace your decision. NORTEN is not held liable for disruption arising from outages, the browser, or third-party tools such as maps.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date sits at the top of the page. For disputes, the law of Türkiye and the courts of Istanbul apply.
