System Design

Layout, protection and equipment selection in one engineering file.

Approved capacity is translated into module array, inverter/transformer location, cable routing and protection coordination. Fire access, drainage and maintenance corridors are part of layout decisions — not added later.

Site Planning

Installation schedule is written against operation rhythm.

Site plan includes phase boundaries, material delivery windows, crane/access conditions and operation interruption plan. On logistics and warehouse sites, shipment peaks sit at the centre of the plan.

Installation Coordination

Engineering, procurement and site progress on one calendar.

Structure, module mounting, cabling and equipment placement are coordinated to plan. Quality checkpoints — connection torque, cable labelling, grounding continuity — are tied to a site checklist.

Commissioning

System is not delivered until the test protocol is complete.

Monitoring Infrastructure

Monitoring infrastructure is configured for string-level production tracking, alarm thresholds and performance reference comparison. The goal is not a decorative interface — it is early visibility of loss and fault for the operations team.

Maintenance Approach

Periodic site and preventive maintenance on a planned basis.

Maintenance programme covers module cleaning, connection checks, inverter filter and cooling maintenance, and annual thermal/electrical inspection windows. Monitoring alarms set maintenance priority — reactive response alone is not sufficient.
