From feasibilityto monitoring — one line.

A commercial solar project does not end when drawings are issued. Capacity is not written until load profile, roof structural limits, transformer capacity and site schedule are read in the same file.

06 · EPC delivery stations

Working principle

Data before equipment.

The SOLVENA line is not a discovery–install–commission template. Each station produces a defined output; the client reviews it before the next step opens. The goal is not more steps — it is closing site uncertainty early.

EPC as single coordination
Engineering, procurement and site progress in one project file — not fragmented subcontractor packages.
Commissioning is the gate
A project is not “delivered” until monitoring is live and operations can read production.

01 · Start

Initial Meeting

First contact is not a quote form. Facility type, current consumption pattern and project expectation are discussed together — capacity is not written yet.

Project kick-off meeting between engineering team and facility owner

What happens: Facility type (rooftop / land), transformer data, a summary of the last 12 months of consumption and target delivery timeline are reviewed. Whether a site visit is needed is decided here.
Output: Meeting note: facility profile, known constraints and document list required for the next step.
Client decision: Confirms analysis scope; sets site survey date and consumption data to be shared.

02 · Feasibility

Pre-Analysis & Feasibility

Load profile is read against roof or land potential on the same basis. A capacity range — not a fixed MW figure — is set here.

What happens: Hourly/monthly consumption, preliminary roof structural review or land layout constraints, transformer capacity and connection distance are reviewed together.
Output: Feasibility summary: capacity range, layout scenario, connection note and open-item list.
Client decision: Approves capacity direction and feasibility scope; decides whether to proceed to detailed engineering.

03 · Engineering

Detailed Design

Approved capacity is translated into drawings. Structural, electrical single-line, protection coordination and fire/access requirements are completed in one package.

What happens: Roof or land layout, inverter/transformer location, cable routing and protection scenario are engineered. Permit and grid-connection documents are prepared at this stage.
Output: Engineering package: layout plan, electrical schematic, equipment list and permit/connection file draft.
Client decision: Approves layout, equipment selection and project schedule; signs off site phase plan.

04 · Planning

Implementation Plan

Installation schedule is written against production or operation rhythm. Phase boundaries, delivery windows and site safety plan are locked at this station.

EPC site coordination and installation planning

What happens: Site phases, material delivery schedule, crane/access windows and operation interruption plan are coordinated. Supply lines and subcontractors sit on one calendar.
Output: Implementation plan: phase schedule, site organization chart, risk list and weekly progress reporting format.
Client decision: Approves phase schedule and operation interruption windows; confirms site start date.

05 · Site

Installation & Commissioning

Site activity from module mounting to grid connection follows the plan. Commissioning does not close until the test protocol is complete.

Installation and commissioning work on a land-based PV site

What happens: Structure, module/inverter installation, cabling, protection tests and grid synchronization are executed. Commissioning report and operations briefing are completed here.
Output: Commissioning record, test reports, as-built drawings and operations team briefing note.
Client decision: Signs commissioning record; approves transition to monitoring go-live and maintenance plan.

06 · Operations

Monitoring & Support

After go-live, performance is made visible. Production loss, alarm thresholds and periodic maintenance are managed at this station.

What happens: Live monitoring dashboard, alarm configuration, performance reference definition and periodic site/maintenance plan are activated. Monthly operations report format is set.
Output: Monitoring access, alarm matrix, maintenance calendar and first operations report.
Client decision: Confirms monitoring access; clarifies maintenance contract scope and reporting period.
