Delivery
The address, once.
The delivery address is written at checkout or on the account. A door code in the note field is enough.
On cash on delivery the amount is taken at the door, cash or card.
Returns
14 days.
Fourteen days after delivery. The label must stay on. The piece must be unworn and unwashed.
siparis@nellora.com — a shipping code returns the same day. Once approved, the amount goes back to the card.
Exchange
Size can change.
A size exchange on the same piece is made if stock allows. Shipping is the same as a return.
Sale pieces return within 14 days, on the same terms.
