This text covers personal data collected on kavron.com.tr and the contact form. Project contracts run separately. This is the current text.

   Scope

   The policy covers site visits, the quote form and requests that arrive by email or phone. Site contracts, employer files and subcontractor records are not the subject of this page.

   Data controller: KAVRON Yapı & Mühendislik, Büyükdere Cad. No: 185, Levent / Istanbul.

   Data we collect

   The form takes name, email, phone, request type and message. If you write by phone or email, the same fields go on record.

   Technical log: browser type, IP, visit time and page address. Cookies are only for the site to run; no marketing profile is kept.

3. 03

   Purpose

   Data is used to reply, prepare a quote, clarify site and programme, and keep the site safe. There is no off-purpose list, sale or ad share.

4. 04

   Sharing

   Data is not sold. Hosting, email or form providers access it only to run the work. There is no transfer to a third party except where the law requires it.

5. 05

   Retention

   A quote record is kept for the reply and any contract process. When that ends, or when a delete request arrives, the record is closed. Technical logs are kept short.

6. 06

   Rights

   Under KVKK you may access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data. Send the request by email or phone; it is answered the same day.
