These terms apply to everyone who uses the site. The quote form is not a binding contract. Work locks with a written project agreement.

    Use

    Use the site for information, quote requests and contact. Copying content under another brand, scraping with bots or abusing the form is not allowed.

  2. 02

    Content

    Text, images, logo and project notes belong to KAVRON. Quotes need written permission and a source credit. Project images are reference; live site conditions are written in the contract.

  3. 03

    Quote form

    The form is for scope, contact and a reply. Sending it does not create a price, programme or work commitment. The reply is prepared from the information shared; missing scope is completed in writing.

  4. 04

    Contract

    Delivery, programme, fee and handover are binding only with a signed works contract and its annexes. Site copy is general information; a site decision does not replace the contract.

  5. 05

    Liability

    Uninterrupted or error-free site operation is not promised. Published information is updated; confirm with the team before you decide. Indirect loss claims are not accepted.

  6. 06

    Law

    These terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. If the text changes, the date updates; the published version applies.
