Planning

Downtime risk was written first at the Çorlu plant. The programme was built to the line tempo.

Site

Tenant handover at Merkez Office closed in parts. Measure and revision were written the same day.

Technical

Span and fire locked before erection in the Gebze logistics hall. Steel or concrete was not chosen on site.

Planning

In Çerkezköy, trench, manhole and asphalt locked to the superstructure tempo. The programme locked weekly.

Site

Strip-out was sliced while the old plant stayed open. Handover closed by zone, with the record signed on site.

Technical

Glass facade and mezzanine locked to the opening at the Tuzla showroom. Hall handover was measured the same day.
