Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 August 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use kivora.com, request a consultation or write to us, and how we look after that information. It is written for a working website, not as a substitute for legal advice.

Who we are

Kivora designs and installs modular kitchens and interiors. If you have a question about this policy or about data we hold, write to us at the email or address on our Contact page.

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to reply to you or to plan a visit. That typically includes:

  • Name, email, phone and address when you send a message or book an appointment
  • Project notes you choose to share — room type, timing, or a short description
  • Technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working

How we use it

We use your details to confirm appointments, answer enquiries and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing mail unless you ask to be on the list, and you can leave that list at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and appointment records are kept for as long as we need them to finish the conversation or the project, then removed or archived. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging.

Sharing

We may share information with trades or suppliers only when it is needed to deliver a kitchen or interior you have asked us to work on. Hosting and email tools that run this site may process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no remaining reason to keep it. Contact us and we will reply as soon as we can.
