A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will write or call to agree a date. Measurements, drawings and prices shared on the site are illustrative until we have seen the room and issued a written quote.

Project photographs show work we have completed or typical finishes. Materials, lead times and costs vary by site. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance until we send a written proposal.
