Reading the existing building again.
What we do
Renovation is not erasing everything. It is reading the character, light and limits the building already carries, and setting them again for how the place is used today.
We first understand what is there: structure, light, circulation and the building’s relation to its ground. Then it becomes clear what will be kept and what will be simplified.
The aim is not a forced contrast between old and new; a quiet update that continues in the room’s own tempo.
