This note says what we collect when you use the site or write to the studio, and what we do with it. We do not sell addresses. We do not run advertising.

    Who we are

Metria is the controller of personal data collected through this website. The studio is at Kemankeş Cad. 12, Karaköy, Istanbul. Write to studio@metria.arch on any privacy question.

    What we collect

If you only read the site, we do not ask for your name. The host may keep ordinary server logs — an address, a time, a page — to keep the site running and to see that it is not being abused.

If you write to us, we receive what you choose to send: a name, an email, a site or city, and the text of the note. That is the brief. We use it to reply and, if the conversation continues, to open a file.

    The contact form

The form on this site opens a message in your own mail application, addressed to the studio. The note is not stored on our web server. Once you send it, it is ordinary email, kept in the studio inbox and, if we take the work, in the project file.

We do not add you to a list. We do not send a newsletter unless you have asked for one in writing.

    Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site may use a small technical cookie so that the pages load as they should. You can block cookies in the browser; the site will still read.

    How long we keep it

A first note that does not become a commission is kept only as long as the conversation needs — usually a few months — then deleted from the inbox. A commission file is kept for the life of the building and for as long as the law requires us to hold drawings and correspondence.

We do not pass your details to a third party except the people who must see them to do the work — a structural engineer, a contractor, a host that stores mail — and only for that purpose.

    Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a first note that has not become a job. Write to studio@metria.arch. If you are in the European Economic Area or in Turkey, you also have the rights set out in the applicable data-protection law, including the right to complain to the relevant authority.
