Terms of use.

This website is published by Metria, an architecture and spatial design studio at Kemankeş Cad. 12, Karaköy, Istanbul. It presents selected work, writing and a way to write to the studio.

The site is offered as information. It does not constitute an offer of services, a quotation or professional advice. Images and texts describe finished or ongoing work; they are not a catalogue of products you can order.

Drawings, photographs, texts and the Metria name are the property of Metria or of the people who licensed them to us. You may view them. You may not copy, scrape or republish them without written permission.

Project credits, locations and dates are given in good faith. A building may have changed since the photograph. If you need a fact for publication, write to the studio and we will confirm it.

A note sent through the contact form, or an email to the studio, is a first conversation. It does not appoint us. Fees, scope, programme and the right to publish the work are set in a separate agreement.

We may decline work. We do not take commissions we cannot follow through construction, or briefs that ask only for a look to be applied to a finished room.

Do not use the site to send malware, to scrape content at scale, or to impersonate the studio. Do not rely on the site as a substitute for a site visit, a survey or a conversation with the people who will do the work.

Links to other sites are given for reference. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

The site is provided as it stands. We take care with the material, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using or being unable to use the site.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

We may update these terms. The date at the head of the page is the date of the last change. Questions go to studio@metria.arch. Turkish law applies. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
