The building’s relation to the outside.
What we do
A house, an office or a commercial room should continue in the same language at its threshold, courtyard and garden.
We do not treat open rooms as an ornament added to the building. Ground, boundary, shade and plant determine how the mass stands and how it is used.
The decisions are kept spare. A small number of materials, the right levels and a green that changes with the season keep the room’s tempo outside as well.
