Interior architecture is treated as architecture at the scale of the body. Sequence, light and joinery come before furniture and finish.
The work is the order of rooms, the height of a ceiling, the way a door meets a wall. We design interiors as part of the building, not as a layer applied once the shell is finished.
Light is a building element. Openings, shutters and lining are specified together. Joinery is designed as furniture that belongs to the room — a run of oak, a table that can take a review, a shutter cut to the opening.
We do not supply a decoration service. Colour, textile and loose furniture follow the architecture. If the brief is only to dress a finished room, we decline.
