How we work

When the file arrives, a cell is not selected.

The sequence from first contact to delivery record is fixed. First record and datum, then workholding and first part; the batch does not open until the card locks.

Sequence

Reference first. Then toolpath. Quantity last.

First contact with the customer is not just a quote form. When the file lands on the table, which surface is datum, how many setups will stand, and where the first part will be seen are written. The goal is not to multiply steps — it is to close the batch in the same language.

Quote does not select a cell
Turning, milling, or 5-axis is not written until geometry and tolerance set close.
First part is the gate
Without approval, a second part does not open — nor does the serial card. Prototype stops here or becomes serial candidate.
Lock before speed
The tray does not grow until program, chuck, and measurement frequency stand.

01 · First contact

Technical file

The job does not start at the machine. Drawing, material, and tolerance set to be written sit on the same table. A missing box does not proceed to quote.

Yapılır: Drawing or STEP, alloy, quantity, and critical dimensions are marked. Ambiguous tolerance, material documentation, or unclamped surface is separated.
Çıktı: Clarified requirement package. Which box is critical and which is waiting is written.
Karar: Whether the file is sufficient for quote, or which line stops with the customer.

02 · DFM

Manufacturability note

The cell is not selected from a model list. Which plane is datum, how many setups will stand, and how thin walls are held are reviewed.

Yapılır: Thin wall, unreachable thread, angled face breaking second clamping are marked. Turning, milling, or 5-axis recommendation is written to geometry.
Çıktı: DFM note. Datum intent and recommended cell sit on the same record.
Karar: Whether the drawing stays as-is, or manufacturable allowance is written with the customer.

03 · Setup

Process and workholding

Toolpath does not open until jaw is written. Setup count closes here; if second clamping breaks the first reference, geometry moves to 5-axis.

Yapılır: Jaw, plate, or fixture. Cut sequence and tool length written to where the part is held.
Çıktı: Draft process card. Fixture, if needed, is a separate line.
Karar: Prototype path or serial candidate card. Where fixture responsibility sits.

04 · Gate

First-article approval

One body or shaft comes out with approved workholding. Measurement on the table, assembly if needed. No second part without approval.

Yapılır: Written diameter, seat, position, and surface are checked. If tool mark or drifting dimension is seen, toolpath stops.
Çıktı: Measured first part and first record. Serial card reference is here.
Karar: Approve, revise toolpath, or stop. Customer may also see in assembly.

05 · Version

Card lock

Program, chuck, and in-process measurement frequency stand. Revision is a separate line; old version is not written to new tray.

Yapılır: Approved toolpath locks. Tool change frequency and written dimensions are entered on the same card.
Çıktı: Locked process card. Version number travels with the tray.
Karar: Serial opens. If card changes, batch restarts — not hidden.

06 · Same card

Batch repeat

The tray must be a copy of the first card. In-process check at tool change; station showing deviation stops.

Yapılır: Same chuck, same program, measurement at written frequency. Mixed box is separated.
Çıktı: Traceable batch. Label, program version, and measurement in the same language.
Karar: Continue, station lock, or frequency update. Correction is not deferred to next tray.

07 · Closure

Delivery record

Tray does not enter the crate until documentation closes. Final measurement, surface, and label stand together.

Yapılır: Critical diameter and seat checked again. Tool marks, burrs, and record alignment visible on tray.
Çıktı: Shipment tray and delivery record. Batch sits on the same line as drawing revision.
Karar: Lot acceptance or hold. Missing label does not go in the crate.
