The same shaft comes out on repeat order.
We machine flanges, shafts, and multi-angle bodies for tier suppliers and powertrain lines. Station sequence does not change as the batch grows.
RequirementThe assembly line sees deviation at the station, not on the drawing. Re-clamping and untracked tool life stops delivery.

Bearing and body stay on the same reference.
We machine shafts, bushings, covers, and clamping plates for machinery manufacturers and special equipment lines. Custom machine components run in the same language.
RequirementIf the motion element shifts on second clamping, the bearing heats. If body and cover plane do not hold, assembly extends.

Sealing closes on the surface.
We machine ferrules, nipples, and ported bodies for energy equipment manufacturers. Gasket surface on stainless and alloy steel is a delivery requirement.
RequirementIf the angled port splits into a separate setup, sealing stays on the drawing. Unwritten surface roughness fails in the field.

The enclosure seats on the gasket plane.
We machine aluminum covers, cooling bodies, and threaded connections for drive, power, and control manufacturers. Serial does not open until the first part is seen in assembly.
RequirementIf pockets and threads split across scattered stations, the cover does not seat on the body. Thin walls vibrate without a written toolpath.

Lightweight body closes in tight volume.
We machine thin-walled aluminum geometry and multi-angle connections for electric and specialty mobility manufacturers. Prototype comes out in serial material.
RequirementLong tools amplify deflection in tight volume. A sample in mock-up material does not validate assembly.

Workholding and dimensions are discussed first. The service list is not a menu; sector geometry opens turning, milling, 5-axis, prototype, or serial.
