Machine builders need housing and cap on the same plane. If the moving element shifts in a second setup, assembly time grows.
Industry
Machine and special-equipment builders share the same buyer profile. Reducer, conveyor, or custom line — all need shafts, bushings, caps, and mounting plates. The part may look heavy or rough; the delivery condition is still reference.
We do not split turning and milling in this language. Rotational geometry on the lathe, prismatic housing on the plate. Spare serial output is a copy of the approved card.
A shaft that shifts in a second setup heats the bearing. If the cap plane does not hold, assembly stretches.

Cap face and mounting plate machined on the same mill datum. Hole pattern reviewed on the table before alignment with the housing.
