Electronic board inspected under a camera on an ESD bench

Industries / Precision

The fault stays at
the station, not the customer.

Accuracy comes before force.

Industry

On a precision line, force comes after accuracy.

In electronics assembly, a well-meaning operator’s eye does not hold pin and position tolerance. Buying a camera is not enough either. If light, trigger, and line interlock are not built in the same station, the decision arrives late.

SENKRA makes gripper and vision speak the same tolerance language. Part, robot, or press does not close before the decision.

Capability

Measure, interlock, and record.

Capability is not a bench photo with a microscope. It is the decision sitting on the line.

  1. KN

    Position and presence

Is the part in the right place. Press or robot does not close before that decision.

  2. PN

    Pin and seating

Light is set to make the defect repeatable, not to inflate it.

  3. KD

    Code and identity

The read drops at the same time as the traceability record.

  4. KL

    Station interlock

Accept-reject is not a separate PC story. It is the cell’s exit.

Need

The fault missed by eye is already at the next door.

The need arrives as “a better camera.” The real gap is a station that does not measure.

  1. 01

    Position drifts

Assembly closes on force. Pin and seating appear at the next station — or at the customer.

  2. 02

The threshold belongs to the shift

A threshold written before the light is set drifts every shift. The decision becomes unreliable.

  3. 03

    The record is cut off

The code is read; traceability stays in a separate file. The reject is not tied to the line.

Services

Two services, one tolerance language.

In electronics, all five services do not arrive at once. The ones that do are built on accuracy and the decision.

All services
  1. 01 / Cell

    Robotic Automation

A precision assembly cell. The gripper asks for position before force; the vision decision is waited for before the path.

  2. 04 / Decision

    Machine Vision

Pin, presence, position, and code. Lighting and trigger lock before the camera. The decision goes to the PLC.

Application

The station is built before the camera.

Vision station at line speed

Challenge

There was a camera; there was no station. Surface and position faults were appearing at the next step.

Solution

Controlled lighting, a trigger at line speed, a locked threshold, and accept-reject to the PLC. The decision dropped with the record.

Precision assembly cell

Challenge

Pin and seating were closing on force. The gripper was not waiting for a decision before position.

Solution

The vision decision is waited for before the path. The gripper asks for accuracy before force; the reject stays at the station.

Why

We do not leave precision work to observation.

An electronics customer does not come to us for a lens count. They come so the fault stays at the station.

  1. Light first

The threshold is discussed after the lighting. An algorithm does not rescue bad light.

  2. The cell listens

If vision says yes or no, the robot or press waits. The decision does not stay on an island.
