Robotic Automation

A robot is not a cell until it locks to the line rhythm.

If path, tool, safety, and cycle are not locked in one package, the cell behaves differently on every shift. Parking a robot beside the line is not enough.

Problem · Repeat work stays manual, cycle time drifts shift to shift, and the safety envelope is added later.

Line Automation

A running station is not a running line.

03 / Control

PLC & SCADA

Control software must belong to the night shift as well.

PLC, HMI, alarm hierarchy, and production records are written in one tag language. Stoppage and quality decisions are not hunted in a second system.

Problem

Alarm floods, locked recipes, scattered tags, and a detached OEE report slow the shift.

04 / Decision

Machine Vision

A camera is not a quality system. The station is.

If lighting, trigger, and threshold are not built in the same station, the fault reaches the next operation. A decision is a measurement, not an observation.

Surface and position faults missed by eye appear at the next station — or at the customer.

05 / Update

Retrofit

Sound mechanics do not have to be stripped out.

Control, servo, and safety are renewed in place. The aim is not to scrap the line. It is to make it readable.

Problem · A controller that is hard to spare, a scattered SCADA, and interventions that stretch on every stop.
