Long tools were not used in tight volume.

Project
Custom mobility body in Gebze. Thin wall, angled face, and interface had to hold on the same reference. Mock-material sample lied at assembly; first body came out in series aluminum.
Requirement
Long tooling increased deflection in confined space. Mock-material sample did not validate assembly. Wall vibration had to be seen on table before weight target.
Kapsam
Scope was not mock-up but first body assembly would accept and small-batch strategy.
Thin wall
Wall not locked until vibration measured on table.
Multi-angle fixturing
Angled faces on single 5-axis reference.
Short tooling
Long overhang not forced into tight pocket.
Series-material sample
First body in the aluminum the line will use.
