Gasket surface locked with the card.

Project
316 ferrule batch for an energy connection in Izmir. Thread, seal seat, and diameter had to close on the same turning reference. Unspecified surface finish returned as leakage in the field.
Requirement
As batch size grew, thread and seal seat drifted. Without finish on the packet, second batch did not match first. Energy line reads seal integrity, not tray identity.
Kapsam
Scope was not a single prototype but a repeat batch with seal face locked.
Stainless ferrule
316 body. Thread, seal seat, and diameter on the same card.
Surface note
Seal seat written on the packet as a delivery requirement.
Tool change
In-process check at every insert change.
Repeat order
Vise and program unchanged on second batch.
Yaklaşım
After prototype approval, vise and program locked. Finish held on the card. As batch grew, measurement tied to tool change.
Second batch matched the first job card.
Ferrules shipped to energy connection on tray. Label and measurement record closed in the same language. Field saw seated seal face, not leakage.
Note
Seal face written on the packet. Default finish removed.
Lock
After approved prototype, vise and program version fixed.
In-process check
Thread and seat checked at every tool change.
Görseller
Turning, seal face, and locked tray—three states of the ferrule.

Outcome
Stainless ferrule flow deployed. Second batch copied first card. Surface note not left to the field.
New production flow
From prototype approval to locked series tray.
Deployed solution
Documented finish note and in-process check routine.
Integrated system
Thread, seal seat, and diameter on the same turning reference.
Process scope
316 ferrule batch, labeling, and measurement record.
Kullanılan çözümler
Ferrule closed as turning reference and locked serial repeat on the same job.
If seal face goes on the packet, we lock thread and seat on the same job card.
